Yogurt
100 ml
Mint Leaves

Salt
A pinch
Ice Cubes

Savoy Jalpai Ice Cream
200 ml
Soda Water
¼ cup
Whipped Cream
For garnish
Method:
Step 1
Blend yoghurt, mint leaves, salt, ice cubes, and Savoy Jalpai Ice Cream until smooth.
Step 2
Pour soda water and stir gently.
Step 3
Serve in a tall glass, topped with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
