Ingredients:
Milk
150 ml
Syrup (mango or sweetened)
10 ml
Savoy Mango Ice Cream
250 ml
Ice Cubes
A few
Mango (chopped)
As desired (for topping)
Cone Biscuit
1 (crushed, for garnish)
Method:
Step 1
Begin by pouring 150 ml of milk into a blender.
Step 2
Add 10 ml of sugar syrup and 250 ml of Savoy Mango Ice Cream to the milk to enhance the sweetness and flavour.
Step 3
Toss a few ice cubes to ensure a chilled and thick milkshake.
Step 4
Blend all the ingredients on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Check for unblended ice chunks and blend again if necessary.
Step 5
Take a serving glass, add a layer of chopped mango pieces at the bottom, and pour in the blended milkshake.
Step 6
Crush one cone biscuit into small pieces, sprinkle it generously on top of the milkshake and enjoy.
