Ingredients:
Savoy Strawberry Ice Cream
250 ml
Strawberry Wafers
For garnish
Chopped Strawberries
250 gm
Sugar
200 gm
Cornflour
For thickening
Savoy Wafer Cone Biscuit Crush
For layering
Strawberry Syrup

Method:
Step 1
Add chopped strawberries and sugar to a pan. Cook on medium heat until the strawberries release their juices and the sugar dissolves completely.
Step 2
Mix cornflour with a small amount of water to make a slurry and add it to the strawberry mixture. Stir well until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 3
At the bottom of a serving glass, layer the prepared strawberry compote, followed by crushed Savoy Wafer Cone Biscuits.
Step 4
Add generous Savoy Strawberry Ice Cream scoops over the layers.
Step 5
Drizzle strawberry syrup on top and garnish with strawberry wafers for an elegant touch.
Step 6
Serve immediately and enjoy this sweet, creamy, fruity delight.
