Ingredients:
Milk
100 ml
Yoghurt
100 ml
Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp
Savoy Mawa Kulfi Ice Cream
250 ml
Honey
2 tbsp
Method:
Step 1
In a blender, pour the milk and yoghurt. Add the cinnamon powder for a spiced base flavour.
Step 2
Add 250 ml of Savoy Mawa Kulfi Ice Cream to the blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Drizzle honey along the inside edges of the serving glass to add sweetness and aesthetic appeal.
Step 4
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
Step 5
Serve chilled, garnish as desired, and enjoy the rich, spiced delight of this cinnamon cooler.
